·

Here an overview of this wholesome cozy game that threw me back to my childhood dreams… where I used to imagine a whole world inside my Polly Pocket toys!

Overview

Description:

Grow your own little garden inside a toy. Add stickers, solve puzzles, decorate your different levels and find new seeds to grow!

Platform played on: PC

Streamed it: yes

Recommended: absolutely

Liked features:

  • Very customizable toy: add stickers to the case, change the color of the exterior, add decorations inside!
  • Fun to try out different composition in order to find the way to satisfy different type of seeds.
  • Unlocking new collections of items and plants!
  • Turning the handle to make time pass is a fantastic concept. So satisfying!
  • No scores, no time limits, no pressure!

Disliked features:

  • Nothing negative to say. The only thing I struggled with was understanding what to do to get certain seeds, but it was a fun little challenge! Plus you eventually receive some clues.

The graphics are adorable. Everything has a polished, rounded, toy like appearance and it gave me such a warm feeling.

It’s the type of game that you can absolutely get hyper-focused on and forget you are *currently* streaming… (oopsie)

Once you have unlocked some furniture, you can place it as much as you’d like! There is many cute accessories to unlock including LGBTQ+ things too!

It’s full of quirky descriptions with indications of what each plant needs! I loved to read the descriptions made me smile every time. (I agree, pineapple don’t go on pizza, sorry)

View when going into decoration mode. You are also able to stack items on top of each other! That is an important feature when decorating!

Another adorable feature is that you can take a picture of your entire garden and save it to your device. This picture is definitely not amazing as I was too excited to share about this game.

Unlocking new decor unlocks wholesome letters. In those letters, you can also receive clues to help you advance!

Can we take a moment to appreciate this absolutely lovely message I read as I was waiting for the game to load? It is so wholesome. Such an important reminder! It gives such a personal touch to the game.

*Disclaimer: I have received this game for free, but would of 100% bought it with my own money. I also think it’s one of those games that is worth getting at full price if you can afford it.*

It’s the perfect game to make your inner child happy.
